Changde city holds cooperation talks with the US-China Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley
Changde's science and technology bureau in Hunan held an investment and talent-recruitment meeting with the chamber on 21 February 2017, at which a chamber vice-president presented its 'think-tank ecosystem platform' and the two sides reached preliminary cooperation intentions.
