The three products are designed for different moments of the day—from an energizing morning cup to a grounding afternoon brew and a naturally caffeine-free evening ritual. Beyond tea, ZorbTea uses modern design, educational content, in-person experiences, and AI-powered interaction to make Chinese tea culture more approachable for today’s North American consumer. In its virtual ZorbTea Lab in Aitizen City, AI tea mixologist Little Z helps visitors select a base tea, create personalized blends, and draw a daily fortune card—connecting a playful digital experience with a real-life tea ritual. The brand’s Chinese concept is “在。”— expressed in English as “Present. Here. Now.” ZorbTea invites people to take ten minutes each day to sit down, brew a cup, and return their attention to the present moment.
